Positioning Nairobi's most authentic luxury accessories destination for the digital-first consumer.
Hub of Brands stocks authentic designer handbags, jewellery, and watches at Sarit Centre — but their digital presence wasn't reflecting the quality of what they sold. The challenge was to build a social identity that felt as premium as the products: editorial, aspirational, and compelling to Nairobi's luxury consumer, without ever feeling cluttered or mass-market.
We approached Hub of Brands the way a fashion magazine would. Every piece of content was treated as an editorial — carefully lit product shots, detail-focused video, and minimal caption copy that let the product speak. We built a consistent visual system around clean backgrounds, strong contrast, and the textures of authentic designer pieces. The tone was confident, quiet, and premium.
We layered in strategic posting rhythm, product reveal formats, and highlight designs that made the Instagram grid feel like a luxury lookbook — not a market stall.
Hub of Brands now has a premium Instagram presence that consistently attracts Nairobi's fashion-forward consumers, with a growing engaged following, and content that drives both online DMs and in-store visits. The brand now feels positioned at the right premium tier — which is where the product always was.
Kontent Media understood exactly what luxury retail content should feel like. They didn't overshoot it — they made it clean, editorial, and desirable. Our DMs and walk-in traffic both increased. That's what great content does.
